[Conspiracy Theory] So sometime near November non-President Bush will be a) losing in the polls or b) not exactly winning anyway. When magically Osama Bin Laden will be caught. [level 2 conspiracy would be that it wasn't actually bin laden but some guy who looks like him and all records faked] Regardless of authenticity the results will be a stunning rush in Bush support leading to his re-election.
Or perhaps 2 weeks before the election his opponent's plane will crash, but that's a whole 'nother theory.
